🧠 Let’s talk medication — openly, honestly, and judgment-free.
Finding the right ADHD medication (or deciding whether to use it at all) can feel like navigating a maze. From figuring out side effects and dosage timing to dealing with supply shortages and stigma, it’s no surprise that medication is one of the most talked-about — and most confusing — parts of managing ADHD.
This small group session offers a space for women with ADHD to come together and share experiences, ask questions, and explore what’s worked (or not) in real life.
💬 What to expect:
Group coordinators Christina Pynn and Lauren Dreher will kick things off with a brief overview of common issues related to managing ADHD medication — especially those that affect women. Then we’ll open the floor for group discussion so participants can learn from one another.
🔔 Please Note: This is not a medical advice session. We’re here to share personal stories and strategies, not provide treatment recommendations. Always consult your prescriber before making any changes to your medication.
🌿 Why this conversation matters:
Women often experience different ADHD symptoms and medication side effects than men—but this isn’t always reflected in standard treatment plans.
Many of us were diagnosed later in life, and managing meds as an adult can be especially overwhelming.
Talking with others who “get it” can help reduce shame, confusion, and isolation.
Shared insights often lead to better conversations with your own prescriber.
🪑 Limited seats—reserve yours today!
To keep the discussion personal and supportive, this session is limited in size. Registration is free, but spots fill quickly.
Come join a community where we learn with each other—not alone. 💬💛
