Although the month of October is designated as ADHD Awareness Month, learning and sharing information about ADHD is beneficial all year long!
This year's theme is "Awareness is Key!" By providing information about ADHD and appropriate resources for support, we can help people educate themselves, their loved ones, friends, and colleagues.
The ADHD Awareness Month Coalition is comprised of three organizations: ACO (ADHD Coaches Organization), CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD), and ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association). We are pleased to partner with respected organizations in the U.S. and around the world: CADDAC (Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada), ADHD Europe, APSARD (American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders), ADHD Australia, and Hong Kong Let's Talk ADHD. Together we are shedding more light on ADHD and its challenges, as well as the treatment options and helpful supports, by sharing reliable information from evidence-based and peer-reviewed research. Our goal is to educate and support all people with ADHD so they may lead successful lives.
