ADHDKC July Women’s Group Event: Building Self-Esteem and Self-Trust
Let’s talk about something many of us with ADHD quietly struggle with: believing in ourselves.
Whether it’s second-guessing our decisions, being overly critical of ourselves, or having trouble asking for help, challenges with self-esteem and self-trust are common — but they don’t have to define us.
Join us on Sunday, July 13, for an empowering afternoon with the ADHDKC Women’s Group, where we’ll explore how to rebuild confidence and trust in ourselves, one conversation at a time.
We’ll start with a short, thoughtful presentation by group leaders Christina Pynn and Lauren Dreher, then open up for a small group discussion—a supportive space where you can share, listen, and grow alongside other women who truly get it.
💡 What We’ll Cover:
How ADHD influences self-worth and inner dialogue
Steps to trust your instincts and follow through
Breaking the cycle of guilt and self-doubt
Tools to reframe negative self-talk and honor your strengths
Encouragement, community, and real talk — no pressure to share if you’re not ready
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, years into your ADHD journey, or still figuring it all out, this event is a safe and welcoming space for any woman who identifies as neurodivergent.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more understood, a little more empowered — and a lot more connected.
