Learn why it’s important to treat your child now…
Kids and adults with untreated or poorly managed ADHD are at 3-5 times the risk of developing an addiction at some point during their lifetime. If a family already has a history with substance use disorder, that risk can almost double.
Diagnosing and treating ADHD early on has been shown to greatly decrease the possibility that our children will struggle with addiction.
Join ADHD parent coach Jeremy Didier as she shares what all parents of kids with ADHD need to know about Substance Use Disorder and ADHD to set their family up for success
When: March 7 at 7:30 PM
Where: Online - Register to get your Zoom invitation!
If you identify as a woman who struggles with life's circumstances, our Women's Group may be just what you're looking for! Health Coach Lainey Mahaney leads small group discussions most months.
Break your technology addiction
March’s meeting will continue the conversation about addictions, focusing on technology addictions.

Self Management 2

Over time, ADHDers find healthy ways to navigate day-to-day that work well for them. We are all different, but listening to other's ideas and experiences can help spark a tip or trick that is worth trying out even after feeling like we've tried it all.
