Finding our events
Our Monthly Events tab is now at the top of our Substack Home Page. You can easily learn about our various group activities there. Each group has it’s own section within that page, so look for the Parent’s Group, Adult’s Group, Women’s Group, Teen Group, or Special Events subpage per your interest. These are also listed below, so keep scrolling to find the group that interests you!
We’ll post new helpful articles and recordings of events on our Articles and Event Recordings page. Note: not all of our events are recorded, but if they are, they will be posted here. Our March and April parent events were both FABULOUS and the recordings are linked. We hope you are able to watch them!

Space is limited for our in person gatherings. We will save a seat for you when you sign up for the event. Please let us know if your plans change so we can open your seat to someone else!

CHADD resources
CHADD and their partners have developed TOOLS to help you teach your child important skills.
CHADD also has Toolkits (different from TOOLS above) to help you learn about ADHD. Learn about school resources, suicide prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and more!
CHADD also has two podcasts that cover many topics related to ADHD.
The ADHD 365 podcast provides expert advice, tips, and strategies for families, adults, educators, and professionals.
The All Things ADHD podcast is a learning resource program of CHADD’s National Resource Center, funded by the CDC, to disseminate expert information to improve the lives of those affected by ADHD.
