💫 Exciting News from ADHDKCTeen!
We have some joyful news to share! Our wonderful ADHDKCTeen moderator, Stefany Ortiz, LMSW, is expecting a baby! 🎉💛
While Stefany takes some well-deserved time off to focus on her growing family, Dr. Kristen Stuppy, MD, one of our past moderators, will be returning to lead the group.
To kick things off, our December meeting will be a relaxed and interactive session where middle and high schoolers (and parents, if they’d like) can hop on to share their ideas about the future of ADHDKCTeen.
We want to hear from you!
👉 What topics would you like us to cover?
👉 How should meetings be structured? A short talk and discussion, quiz and chat, or something new?
👉 What days and times work best for you?
Dr. Stuppy is open to adjusting the schedule from our usual 1st Tuesday at 5:30 PM CST if another time works better for most teens and fits her schedule.
If you can’t make it to this meeting but want to share your ideas or availability, please comment below — we’d love your input and will take it into consideration!
The ADHDKCTeen group is open to any middle or high school student interested in learning more about ADHD and related topics in a supportive and engaging environment.
We can’t wait to connect and co-create the next chapter of ADHDKCTeen together!

Thank you for being part of our community. Every review helps us grow and continue making a difference!
🎉 Show Your ADHDKC Spirit!
If you show off your ADHDKC spirit by wearing our shirt or hat or carry around our water bottle, or notebook, you can help ADHDers feel connected and remind us we’re part of something bigger. It can start a conversation to let someone struggling with ADHD learn to thrive by discovering our resources.
Due to increased shipping costs during the holiday season, our supplier has increased costs from October 15th through January 17th. To accommodate for this, we have increased the cost of all items except stickers by $0.50. This surcharge helps offset increased carrier costs that take effect every year at this time.
Let’s celebrate our community, our stories, and our shared mission—together.
