Explore your emotions. Understand your stress. Express yourself creatively.
Teens with ADHD often experience emotions more intensely—and sometimes it can feel overwhelming. That’s why this month’s ADHDKCTeen session is all about understanding how emotions work, what stress does to our bodies and minds, and how we can take care of ourselves using tools that actually help.
💬 What to Expect:
Join us for an engaging, judgment-free session where we’ll:
🧠 Learn how emotions show up in our bodies and brains
⚡ Understand how stress affects emotional control
🎨 Use creativity to explore and express emotions
🧘♀️ Practice a guided meditation and imagery exercise to reset and recharge
You’ll also hear relatable stories, share ideas if you want to, and connect with other teens who get what it's like to live with ADHD.
✏️ What to Bring:
A pen or pencil
Paper
Crayons, markers, or colored pencils (whatever you like to create with!)
We’ll be doing a creative activity to help process emotions and learn about self-care in a fun, meaningful way.
Who Should Come?
This free event is for teens (ages 13–18) who are looking for real talk, practical tools, and a supportive community. Whether you love drawing, need help calming your racing thoughts, or just want to understand yourself better, this session is for you.
