ADHDKCTeen Presents: Setting Healthy Boundaries
Do you feel overwhelmed by other people’s requests and expectations? You're not alone!
Quick details:
When: July 1st from 5:30–6:30 PM CST
Where: Online - a link will be sent upon registration
Who: Teens ages 13–18 with ADHD (or struggling with feeling overwhelmed — it’s not just for those with ADHD!)
Have you ever said “yes” when you really wanted to say “no”? Do you struggle with standing up for yourself or feel overwhelmed by other people’s expectations? You’re not alone — and this talk is for YOU.
Join us for a candid, teen-focused conversation about setting healthy boundaries — what they are, why they matter, and how to communicate them confidently. Whether it’s with friends, family, teachers, or even yourself, boundaries help protect your time, energy, and mental health.
✅ Learn why boundaries are important (especially for people with ADHD!)
✅ Practice real-world scripts to speak up without guilt in a respectful way
✅ Boost your communication skills
✅ Explore how boundaries help reduce stress and boost confidence
Come hang out, learn, and leave with tools you can actually use. Plus — it's a safe, judgment-free space to ask questions and share your experiences.
Free to attend. All teens welcome — Invite a friend!
