"The ADHD Game of Life" with Cynthia Hammer, MSW, author of Living with Inattentive ADHD, is appropriate for parents of kids with ADHD, adults with ADHD, teachers, and anyone else wanting to a better understanding of inattentive ADHD. It will be online May 7th at 7 PM.

Living with ADHD often means navigating various co-existing conditions that can significantly impact our lives. Whether it's anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, sleep problems, or one of the many other conditions that commonly are associated with ADHD, understanding how they intersect with ADHD is crucial for effective management and improved well-being.
This event provides a unique opportunity for us to come together in a supportive environment, share our experiences, and gain valuable insights from one another. It's a chance to learn, connect, and grow together as a community.
As always, this will be a small group discussion, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate and contribute meaningfully. Whether you're looking to learn new strategies, share your experiences, or simply connect with others who understand, this meeting is for you! Everyone is invited to come together for an enriching discussion.
