Build Your ADHD Toolbox
March ADHDKC Women's Group Event
Build Your ADHD Toolbox
🗓 Date: March 22nd from 2:30 to 4:30 PM
📍 Location: Central Resource Library (Logan conference room)
Space is limited! If you can no longer attend, please return to the RSVP page and remove your name.
About the Event
There’s no formal presentation planned for this event. Instead, this is a collaborative toolbox swap. Everyone can share what has worked (and what hasn’t) in managing daily life with ADHD.
Come ready to share:
Life hacks or routines that help you stay afloat
Favorite books, podcasts, or resources
Apps you rely on (or recently deleted but once used 😅)
Planners, systems, or creative workarounds
Fidgets (or “not-a-fidget fidgets”) that keep your hands busy
If you have items you’re willing to show, swap, or give away, feel free to bring them. We’ll lovingly ask you to take anything back home with you if it doesn’t find a new owner.
No pressure to share, no expectation to have it all figured out. Just come as you are and leave with a few new ideas, maybe a new favorite fidget — and hopefully feeling less alone and more empowered.
Why Attend?
Our Women’s Group is a warm, judgment-free place to connect, learn, and recharge. Whether this is your first meeting or your tenth, you’ll find encouragement, validation, and practical takeaways you can bring into your everyday life.
Important Notes
This group is not therapy or a space for individual medical advice. ADHDKC does not provide individualized treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice.
A licensed mental health professional will help guide discussion and provide structure.
Confidentiality and respectful communication are essential to ensuring this is a safe, supportive environment.
We’re here to share personal stories and strategies — not treatment recommendations.
Participants must agree to the CHADD Participation Agreement.
Don’t confuse this with a similarly-named online event we introduced earlier. They are two different events! The ADHD Toolbox LIVE is not officially sponsored by ADHDKC, but does have our very own Jeremy Didier presenting!
This isn’t a therapy session—but it is a safe space to explore, share, and connect with others who get it.

A toolbox swap is such a great idea! Half the reason I can manage my life so well now is getting odds and ends of advice from people in online forums.
