Executive Function Panel
A Very Special ADHDKC Women’s Group Monthly Meeting in April
ADHDKC’s Executive Function Panel for our Women’s Group’s April Meeting:
🗓 Sunday, April 26th
🕝 2:30 – 4:30 PM
📍Johnson County Library – Central Resource – (Conference Room 20)
What’s Happening
Are you tired of executive function fog? Want practical strategies and answers from professionals who get it?
This month, we’re shaking up the format! Instead of a traditional talk, we’re hosting a panel discussion on executive function — the brain processes that help us plan, organize, initiate, and follow through.
Join us for an engaging conversation with local experts who work with ADHD and executive functioning every day.
Questions we may explore include:
✔ How do executive function challenges show up differently in adults?
✔ What strategies really help with planning, time management, and follow-through?
✔ What tools or mindsets professionals recommend for everyday life?
…and anything you submit beforehand!
Submit your questions ahead of time!
Submit anything that’s top of mind — we’ll get the panel ready to answer, so you don’t have to remember it on the spot!
