It's time to VOTE for your favorite ADHDKC T-shirt design!
And ANOTHER opportunity to design a shirt...
Thank you to everyone who submitted their creative and inspiring designs for our first-ever ADHDKC T-Shirt Contest! Submissions are now closed, and it’s time for the fun part — voting!
We received eleven fantastic entries, and now we need your help choosing the winning design.
If you’re a creative that missed the opportunity to enter your design or want to enter another contest, CHADD is holding a similar contest for ADHD2025 T-shirts! See below for details!
🧠 Important Voting Tips:
Each design is shown below as a close up and also pictured on a sample white T-shirt to help you imagine how it might look on a shirt.
The shirt colors in the third set of pictures are to get an idea of how each image looks on various colors — our final shirts will be available in color options yet to be decided based on the winning entry.
👉 When voting, please focus on the design itself, not the T-shirt color! Shirt color options will be different when ordering. Customers can choose the color when purchasing from selected colors that work with the design.
Voting will be open until July 22nd and we’ll announce the winner soon after. The winning design will be featured on ADHDKC T-shirts available for purchase — stay tuned!
Thanks for supporting ADHDKC and celebrating creativity in our community!

ADHDKC will choose the color options for actual printing of the shirts once the design is chosen by winning vote.

ADHD2025 Conference T-Shirt Design Contest
CHADD is also inviting creatives to submit original t-shirt designs for the 2025 International Conference on ADHD.
The winning design will be featured on the official conference t-shirts and will be available for purchase. All proceeds benefit the ADHD2025 scholarship fund.
Whether you're an experienced designer or a doodler with a bold idea, it’s time to enter!
Tips for a winning entry:
Submit your design with a transparent background. A white or other colored background still prints on a colored shirt, so unless you want it there, remove it when saving your file.
If you don’t have a background as part of your design (as in #6 above) check how your design works with different color backgrounds. Dark shirts hide the dark colors, light shirts hide the light colors. (See color plates above.)
What to Know:
📅 Deadline to submit: July 21st
🎁 Prize: ADHD Conference 2025 registration (a $500 value!)
