š“ Sleep & ADHD: Adult Group Event (May 3rd)
If you struggle to fall asleep, youāre not aloneāand there are ways to help.
Struggling to fall asleep⦠or stay asleep⦠or even get yourself to go to bed?
Managing sleep with ADHD can feel like a constant battleāracing thoughts at night, difficulty winding down, inconsistent schedules, or feeling exhausted but unable to fall asleep.
If this sounds familiar, youāre not alone. Sleep challenges are incredibly common with ADHDāand often misunderstood.
Join us for our next ADHDKC Adult Group event:
š Sleep & ADHD: Understanding What Makes It Hard ā and What Can Help
š Sunday, May 3rd
ā° 2:00 ā 4:00 PM
š Lenexa City Center Library ā Meeting Room 2
In this session, weāll explore:
Why sleep can be so difficult with ADHD
Common sleep issues and diagnoses that often overlap
Practical strategies that can help improve sleep
This will be a supportive, real-world conversationānot unrealistic advice or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Whether youāve struggled with sleep for years or are just starting to connect the dots with ADHD, youāll leave with a better understanding and tools you can try.
