If you identify as a woman who struggles with life's circumstances, our Women's Group may be just what you're looking for!
The ADHDKC Women’s Support Group is led by the passionate and experienced clinical psychologist, Christina Pynn. The group aims to provide a nurturing space for women navigating ADHD with small discussion groups.
The group holds a monthly 2-hour meeting with a specific topic. Meetings start with a brief presentation on the chosen topic followed by discussion around the topic. Extra time at the end is used for informal socializing.
Once a quarter they will hold an activity for general socialization.
They also have a private Facebook group to continue conversations between events. We encourage you to sign up so you can stay in touch with everyone in the group!
Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and embark on a journey of support and growth.
